Tremenheere Sculpture Gardens, located in Penzance, is a stunning blend of tropical and sub-tropical gardens that has quickly become one of the most popular attractions in the area. Known for its lush landscapes and impressive sculptures, the garden offers a serene escape and a feast for the eyes.

Tremenheere was in the process of having a new website designed by Tim from thstudio. However, they needed someone to develop an SEO strategy, manage their social media presence, and build a long-term plan of action for the brand. This is where I stepped in.

Over the course of twelve months, I worked closely with the team to create fresh, seasonal content that resonated with their audience. Monthly newsletters were sent out, promoting events and activities within the gallery and gardens. Our efforts successfully raised brand awareness and kept the community engaged. Additionally, we promoted sold-out events and ensured a steady stream of visitors.

In the spring, I crafted a comprehensive keyword strategy and planned the website’s information architecture. Once the groundwork was laid, we finalised the new website, ensuring it was optimised for both search engines and user experience.

In October, I took their existing seasonal ticket offer to the next level by implementing an automated voucher integration. This involved designing a visually appealing landing page where customers could sign up for the newsletter in exchange for a discount on garden visits. This strategy proved highly effective, increasing newsletter subscribers by 362% over the year.

Throughout the project, I handled SEO, website management, social media management, and email marketing for Tremenheere Sculpture Gardens. Our collaborative efforts have not only enhanced their online presence but also solidified their status as a must-visit tourist attraction in Cornwall.
