Kelly Anza Hair & Beauty
Kelly Anza Hair and Beauty is a passionate, professional and friendly hair and beauty salon situated in the heart of Penzance in West Cornwall. The hair salon celebrated its 10th year in business in 2019 and has since expanded its services to include beauty therapy treatments, as well as doubling the number of stylist stations available. Kelly asked me to come on board to manage their social media accounts including their Instagram, Facebook and Twitter pages, create photographic content and custom branded graphics before and during the expansion. The goal was to build awareness about the new services offered.
Through careful branding and strategy, I was able to solidify the brand of this already successful local business, grow the salon’s Instagram audience and increase brand awareness and traffic. I was also able to secure Kelly excellent press coverage, including features on Cornwall Live and a live interview for BBC Radio Cornwall, to promote her ‘Choose What You Pay’ fundraiser, raising money for the RCH Treliske NICU ward in Truro, Cornwall.
